Knubbels was born from a personal and professional search for something better. As a mother and marketing professional, I wanted to find toys I could truly trust: safe, beautifully made, and built to last. Instead, I kept seeing mass-produced products with high markups and uncertain quality, often designed more for trends than for children’s real needs.

This experience led to an idea: to create a carefully curated webshop for Dutch families, offering timeless, high-quality toys made in Europe. Toys that capture children’s attention without overstimulation, encourage creativity and quiet focus, and are crafted with care from natural materials.

At Knubbels, we believe in the power of simplicity. We believe toys should invite imagination, bring joy, and be cherished enough to pass down through generations. Our first collection features magnetic wooden blocks that combine tradition with modern design. Made from European beech wood and finished with certified non-toxic paints and lacquers, they are designed to inspire little builders while giving parents peace of mind.

Our vision is to grow Knubbels into a trusted destination for thoughtfully chosen, Montessori-aligned toys and learning tools, always prioritizing European craftsmanship and sustainable practices. We dream of seeing our toys become beloved statements in every home, sparking creativity today and holding cherished memories for tomorrow.
